At the end of July, photos of new IVY PARK x adidas sneakers and bucket hats leaked on the internet, coming just weeks after the release of the partnership’s vibrant swim collection. Well, Beyoncé put the rumors to rest on Friday as she tapped into her Houston roots for the latest campaign video of the newest collection known as “Ivy Park Rodeo”.
“Ivy Park Rodeo” takes fans on a trip to rodeo with familiar faces such as singer Snoh Aalegra, rapper Monaleo, model Paloma Elsesser, country artist Orville Peck, and musical family group Tobe Nwigwe, Fat Nwigwe and Nell Grant saddling up with Beyoncé for the collection’s fiery campaign visual.
We predicted the latest collection would include denim and it turns out we were absolutely right. Noteworthy denim pieces graced our screens including the tear-away pants, button-up shirt jacket, high waisted shorts, bodysuit, and four-pocket button-up jacket. Another rodeo-ready design detail that caught our eye was the brown cow print against light purple which appeared on pieces such as a shirt jacket, leggings, and sports bra. Other featured garments spotted include cropped long sleeves, mini dresses, track pants, waist bags, crop sleeveless tops, cowboy hats, bandanas, balaclavas, and bucket hats.
Ivy Park Rodeo will also be rolling out more sneakers, three models to be exact. There will be Ultraboost offered in two colorways, Super Super Sleek in two colorways, and a Forum Mid.
IVY PARK x adidas “Ivy Park Rodeo” collection of apparel and accessories is set to release on adidas.com on Thursday, August 19th at 2PM EST (12PM LAM’s local time, 12PM CEST, 12PM APAC’s local time). The collection will arrive at select retailers on Friday, August 20th. Apparel and accessories will range from $25 to $200.
