Actress and producer Storm Reid is the newest brand ambassador to join the New Balance family.
The news broke last Wednesday as both Reid and New Balance made the announcement on social media. The announcement came in the form of the “We Got Now” campaign, specifically catered to her with the title “Storm Reid wears New Balance”. The campaign featured a series of photos and a video capturing the many facets of Reid who is an actress, athlete, student, producer, and humanitarian.
The Euphoria actress secured a multi-year deal where she will work closely with brand’s lifestyle products and campaigns, which is perfect considering she is a professed sneaker lover. She will also be involved with influential initiatives, including those which empower and create more opportunities for women in the sneaker industry.
Reid expresses: “Working with New Balance is a dream come true. New Balance and I share the belief that women should have the confidence to pursue all of their interests, and I’m thrilled that the brand has chosen to support me as a perfectly imperfect, multi-dimensional young person who is learning as I grow.”
