Just last month, we received detailed looks at Aleali May’s upcoming Air Jordan 14 including on-foot appearances supplied by PJ Tucker. Now, another Jordan sneaker collaboration with May has entered the chat in the form of an Air Jordan 4 sneaker.
Aleali May has an Air Jordan 4 sneaker on the way and, much like her other collaborations, its details are undeniable. The sneaker instantly catches one’s eye with its camouflage upper which presents itself in a ripstop nylon fabric as mixture of military greens, browns, and sandstone tones. To compliment the primary camo design, the colorway is accented with beiges and nudes in materials such as smooth suede and sleek PU. The tongue is stamped with a removable patch that consists of a compass-inspired design featuring the Jumpman logo. The insole rounds it all off, taking on a purple quilted design marked with Aleali May’s “A” emblem right on the heel.
Back in November of 2020, Aleali May celebrated Veterans Day by honoring her dad who served in the United States Army. She also provided sneak peaks at the details of what appeared to be an Air Jordan 4 sneaker that honors veterans who fought for the country. We can now confirm that she was referring to these specific camouflage Air Jordan 4 sneakers as the details perfectly match. Sadly, May did mention that the shoes would be “friends & family”, so they may not see a public release.
There is no confirmed release date for Aleali May’s Air Jordan 4 sneaker, but we can expect it 2021 along with her Air Jordan 14 Low sneakers. Stay tuned for more details!
