Here’s a Look at the Upcoming Union LA x Air Jordan 2 Collaboration: Official Images of the ‘Grey Fog’ Colorway

Ah, it seems like we may be entering the year of the Air Jordan 2 as Off-White has unveiled its collaborative Air Jordan 2 Lows followed by Union LA who plans to drop two colorways of the timeless model as well.

Leaked by PY_RATES in October, it was said that Union Los Angeles had an Air Jordan 2 collaboration on the way for 2022, dressed in two colorways titled “Grey Fog/Siren Red-Light Smoke Grey” and “Rattan/Siren Red-Beach-Orange Peel”. With official images of the “Grey Fog” colorway having surfaced today, it leads us to suspect a sooner arrival is in the works. In the meantime, let’s get into the best look yet at the shoe’s impeccable details.

The Union LA x Air Jordan 2 “Grey Fog” keeps it clean with a wintry mixture of grey and blues matched with Sail and a hint of Union’s notable yellow. Ditching the model’s traditional leather, nylon and suede grace the upper of the shoe along with perforated and embroidered holes, perhaps serving as a nod to the Jordan 13. Co-branded details also appear in the form of elements like the Jumpman-Union tongue tag and insoles. Additionally, another separate tag finds itself stitched at the ankle reading “Season: HO21” as a potential hint of a Holiday 2021 release. Finishing off, the sneaker is accompanied by three sets of laces in white, sail, and yellow along with a “Flight Union” joint shoe box.

While no official photos of the “Rattan” colorway have surfaced yet, the Union x Air Jordan 2 is rumored to arrive by the end of this year. Retail is said to be $225. Stay tuned for details.
